Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Physical Products

Printed Cards and physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact hello@tokunboifaturoti.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within two business days with return instructions.

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Where an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of receipt and we will resolve the matter promptly.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within five to ten business days of the returned item being received and inspected.

Digital Products

Digital products, including the EQ + CQ Activation Cards™ (Digital Edition) and the EQ + CQ Activation™ Facilitator's Companion Guide, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. This is in line with standard digital product licensing practice.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a digital product you have purchased, please contact hello@tokunboifaturoti.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Bundle Orders

Where a bundle includes both physical and digital components, the physical component may be returned under the physical product returns policy above. The digital component remains non-refundable once accessed.
