Intellectual Property

All products, content, and materials available through this website are the intellectual property of Tokunbo Ifaturoti. This includes the EQ + CQ Activation Method™, EQ + CQ Activation Cards™, Ripple Ring Framework™, and Ripple Resonance Pillars™, all of which are protected trademarks.

Purchase of a product grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use that product as described below. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Digital Product License

When you purchase a digital product from this website you receive a personal licence to use that product for your own personal development, coaching practice, or professional facilitation work. The following uses are not permitted without prior written permission.

Sharing download links or files with individuals who have not purchased the product.
Uploading files to shared drives, cloud platforms, or any publicly accessible location.
Reproducing, printing, or redistributing any content from digital products.
Using the content, frameworks, or prompts as part of a commercial programme or product you sell to others, without a facilitation licence agreement.
Creating derivative works based on any proprietary framework or content.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Shopify and its approved payment providers. We do not store payment card details.

Prices are displayed in Great British Pounds (GBP). International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, local taxes, or import fees. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
