Shipping policy

All physical orders are carefully and securely packaged to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within two to three business days of purchase confirmation. You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email once your order has been sent.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and represent estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control including postal service delays and customs processing.

  • UK orders: typically three to five business days after dispatch.
  • European orders: typically five to ten business days after dispatch.
  • International orders: typically seven to fourteen business days after dispatch.

Tracking details are provided by email once your order has been dispatched, where a tracked service is available for your destination.

International Orders

We ship to most countries internationally. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, local import taxes, or border fees applicable in their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. Delivery is immediate upon payment confirmation. If you do not receive your digital product within one hour of purchase, please check your spam folder and then contact hello@tokunboifaturoti.com.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact hello@tokunboifaturoti.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
